Quarter Time Job Opening: Logos is looking for a financial controller. The controller oversees the accounting operations of Logos School. He/she manages accounting records and is responsible for the production of financial reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, ensuring that they fairly and accurately reflect the school’s current financial position. The controller will work with the bookkeeper and the superintendent to formulate budgets and plans for the future financial faithfulness of Logos School. Report Cards: First quarter report cards will go out Oct 25 for elementary and Oct 26 for secondary. Logos will give students a paper copy to bring home and email parents an electronic copy. Report cards can are also available through the FACTS Parent Portal.
Plastic Silverware: Please make sure to send plastic forks/spoons with your students if they need them for lunch. Logos does not provide these items to students. Thank you!

Rhetoric Speech Meet: All rhetoric students (10-12th grade) will participate in Speech Meet this month. The schedule is as follows:
- Week of October 23 – The piece is presented for a test grade
- October 31 – Speech Meet during first and second periods (8:25-10:15 am)
- November 2 – Speech Meet Assembly during 5th period (12:40-1:30 pm) in the Logos Field House
————- ACTIVITIES ————
Football Senior Night: Friday, Logos will host Prairie in our final home game of the season. We will also celebrate our FB and XC Seniors at the game. Kickoff is at 7:00 pm. The team will sell Bowen Family Wood Fired Pizza by the slice to raise funds for playoff expenses. Enjoy the game and some delicious pizza, and support our undefeated Logos Knights!
District Volleyball: Varsity VB will play Genesee tonight at LCSC. With a win, the girls will play tomorrow night to earn a spot at the state tournament next weekend.
District XC Championships: Our cross country runners will compete for District Titles on Thursday at the LCSC course next to Lewiston HS. The girls will run at 2:00 and the boys at 2:45.
WSU Fall Music Festival: The Logos Chamber Choir will participate in the annual WSU Fall Music Festival on Saturday, October 21. The choir will perform at Kimbrough Concert Hall at 1:40, and may be selected to perform again at the concluding concert at 3:15. Parents are welcome to attend.
