On November 4, 2021, 470 Logos students worked to prepare over 10,000 meals
for local food banks, clinics, and churches. Students in grades 1-12 took part in our
annual Feed the Need event, in partnership with Homestead Ministries.
Each shift started with singing and then students divided into groups to label
packages, mix spices, seal spice packets, fill bags with legumes, and seal the meal
packages. The meals were packed into boxes and then loaded onto trucks for delivery.
This event is student driven, led by our upperclassmen, whose hard work and
patient instruction and guidance of all the little hands makes for a fun and productive
day! Way to go Knights!
