Can I pay with cash, check, or Cash App?
All payment is online with credit or debit. If you would like to arrange a different form of payment, please contact the Activities Office.
Should I register my child with their current grade level or the grade level they will be in this fall?
All registrations should be made for the grade level your child is entering this fall.
Tip: When creating your child’s profile, make sure to use their rising grade level, not the grade they will complete/just completed this spring.
Tip: Use the ‘All Categories’ drop down on the Signups page to narrow down your camp search!
How do I find my child’s camp registration after registration?
Click on the button with your initials on it to get to your own profile. Then, select “My registrations” below Activity & Involvement. From there you will be able to see camp registrations for any member of your household.
How will I receive confirmation for my registration?
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used for registration.
Camp starts today/next week! Why haven’t I seen any emails?
Make sure that you are checking the email used for registration. If you still don’t see any emails (after your confirmation email), your instructor may simply not have sent one. You may already have all the information you need, however, if you are missing information (location etc.), please contact the instructor directly.
Waitlists (New 2025!)
Camp filled up before you could register? Don’t give up yet, some camps have waitlists available. Check the sign-up page to see if it’s marked with ‘Waitlist available.’ Once added to a waitlist, you’ll receive an email if a spot opens up and your child is moved from the waitlist to the list of active registrants. All communication will go to the email used at registration.
Refunds & Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, please keep in mind the following information:
- Due to site fees we cannot refund the full amount.
- If canceling more than two weeks prior to the start of camp, a 90% refund will be issued.
- If canceling within two weeks prior to the start of camp, only 50% will be refunded.
When will I get my refund?
Your refund may not be processed until after the conclusion of camp. If you are still waiting for a refund after that time, please reach out to Logos Activities Staff for assistance.
