Picture Make-up/Retake Day:  If your student (from any campus) missed individual picture day or if you would like them to have their picture retaken, our make-up picture day will be Thursday, October 6th from 7:45 am – 9:00 am in the Logos West gym.

————-  ELEMENTARY  ————-

3rd-6th Grade Midterms: A midterm form is coming home today (Wed). Please log in to FACTS and help your child complete it. Our goal is to encourage families to check out FACTS and to help students use the midterm form to plan for improvement in any areas that may need work. Please return these forms by Wednesday, September 28.  

Helpful Uniform Reminder of the Week:  As the weather gets cooler, students begin to wear sweaters more often.  For elementary ladies, the sweater colors are red (not maroon), navy blue (not a heather mix), and white (not creamy white).  These can be a pullover, vest, or cardigan.  For elementary gentlemen, the sweater color is navy only.  

Speech Meet: Thank you for working with your son or daughter to help them memorize their Speech Meet selection.  See your teacher’s HAS for the due date to have it memorized.

————-  SECONDARY ————-

Missing Bags: There have been instances this year in which students have lost backpacks or gym bags.  Many students have bags that look alike so please have your students prominently and clearly label their bags with their names.  This will help us ensure that these items are returned to their rightful owners.

Dialectic Speech Meet:  Speech Meet for the 7-9th grades will be held on Friday, November 4th.  Your students submitted their selections this week.  Every year we see outstanding historical speeches, dramatic presentations, recitations, or literary interpretations.   Thank you for all of your hard work in assisting your students to be successful at this uniquely Logos event.
