Summer Camps: A few of the camps are starting to fill up! See the school website for more information.
School Uniforms 2012-13: (attached) With the local Hall Closet store no longer operating, dress uniforms can be purchased through the vendor of your choice. School ties are available in the front office.
Elementary
6th Grade Play: This Friday the 6th graders will be performing their final classroom play. The assembly will take place in the gym and will open with a short recital from the Logos Recitations Class at 8:35. All are welcome to attend!
Elementary Teacher Workday: Monday, May 21 is a teacher workday. There will be no school for the elementary students that day. The secondary students will begin their finals at this time.
Secondary
Public Defenses: A few of our seniors have been selected to defend their theses in front of the secondary students and any parents or friends who would like to attend. Ben Perley is up this Thursday at 12:05. All are welcome.
Secondary Awards Night: Secondary Awards Night will take place May 24th at 7:00. This is a time for secondary students and their families to come and participate as we acknowledge the good work that our students and staff have done. The school dress uniform or nice church clothes are appropriate attire for this event.

Summer League Basketball: Practice starts Monday, May 28 from 7-9 PM. See the school calendar on the website for more details.
Boarding Opportunity:
Hyung Guen Cho (Jay) is 16 years old and has recently been accepted to 11th grade at Logos School for the 2012-13 school year and he communicates well in English. He is in need of a boarding situation for the school year. He desires to graduate from Logos and attend college in the United States. His family understands that this would be a situation in which they would pay for room and board and that the housing arrangements would not be managed by Logos School. Please consider whether you would be interested in opening your home to Jay next year, and contact me for further information. I’ve included a short self-introduction below.
“Hi, my name is Hyung Guen Cho, and I am planning to attend Logos next year for my junior year. I came from Ulsan, Korea, and attended Dae-Hyun church during my years in Korea. I moved to Oregon and went to school for two years, and then transferred to Royal Garrison High School in Pullman, Washington. I get along well with all kinds of people, and my current host mother finds my personality to be “delightful” as well as laid back. Also, I am allergic to cats. Thank you.”
