History

Since 1995, Logos School has offered to classical, Christian school teachers and administrators the unique opportunity to be trained with practical teaching methods, at the level or in the discipline desired. For example, second grade teachers or logic teachers can learn from seasoned second grade or logic instructors over the course of three and half days of workshops and plenary sessions. Over 120 workshops are offered from experienced Logos classroom teachers and administrators. This year we are also offering more in-depth instruction in Intermediate Latin.
Over the years, we have added to our offerings, as well as increased the depth of instruction in classical methodology. Teachers from around the nation and even from across the seas have attended and been pleased with what they gained. From their evaluations, we have revised and honed our training.
The week is also enhanced with “extra-curricular” activities, such as breakfasts (prepared by senior students), delightful picnics, hikes, and other events, all in the lovely Palouse region.
Logos School issues a Certificate of Completion to all participants, which some have found useful to meet required training.

“The only people who achieve much are those who want knowledge so badly that they seek it while conditions are still unfavorable. Favorable conditions never come.” C.S. Lewis
