Fight’n Knight Day: This Friday is a Fight’n Knight Day to support our high school cross country teams as they compete at state this weekend (nice jeans and your navy Logos T-shirt)!

Elementary
Homework-0-Meter Results: Homework surveys are in, and we’ve crunched the
numbers below (averaged between the double classes). Parents, thank you for taking the time to complete the surveys!

Grade / Actual Numbers / Guideline Targets (per night/5 days a week):
1st = 12 min. (15 min.)
2nd = 26 min. (30 min.)
3rd = 14 min. (45 min.)
4th = 33 min. (45 min.)
5th = 31 min. (45 min.)
6th = 29 min. (60 min.)

Secondary
Secondary Assembly: We will have an assembly tomorrow morning from 8:25-9:15 in the gym. Pastor Kirk Brower will be speaking on What is a Christian Worldview? Parents are welcome to attend.
Dialectic Speech Meet 7th-9th: November 15 is the dialectic speech meet. There will be an awards assembly for all 7th-12th graders in which some of the superior speeches will be delivered at 2:30 in the gym. All are welcome to attend.
High School Boys and Girls Basketball: Girls begin on 11/4 and boys on 11/15. All 9th and 11th graders coming out for basketball need to have a physical on file with the school before the first day of practice. All 10th and 12th graders coming out for basketball need to have an Interim Questionnaire Form on file with the school before the first day of practice. These forms can be found on the school website under the Athletics tab. The participation fee for High school basketball is $90 per athlete. Students must have earned a 2.5 GPA or higher the previous quarter in order to play.
