Elementary

Rosters: Rosters for double classes will be published this week. We are very thankful for how the new process of class selection is going and we are excited to share the news with our families soon.

 

Elementary Awards Ceremony: This Wednesday morning from 9:30-10:30 we will meet in the gym to distribute year-end awards to our 1^st – 6^th grade students. After the ceremony the students will return to their classrooms for a few minutes to receive their report cards and to say farewell. Students should wear their dress uniform for this event.

 

Elementary Field Day: Field Day is a parent drop-off and pick-up event.  Some families like to pack a picnic lunch and eat in the park and stay for the activities (races, tug-o-war, capture the flag, etc.). Play clothes are welcome! Rain cancels.

 

Secondary

Secondary Awards Night: Secondary Awards Night will take place May 31^st at 7:00.  This is a time for secondary students and their families to come and participate as we acknowledge the good work that our students and staff have done.  The school dress uniform or nice church clothes are appropriate attire for this event.

Summer League Basketball: Practice starts Monday, June 3 from 8-10 PM.  See the school calendar on the website for more details.

Boarding Opportunity: We are looking for a boarding opportunity for two Sutherland sisters. Alice will be moving up from New Mexico to be a junior at Logos in the fall. Lizbelle lives in Moscow, taking part-time classes at New Saint Andrews and teaching preschool at Moscow Day School. She is a member of Trinity Reformed Church and is currently sharing an apartment with other girls from church and college, but will be at NSA full-time in the fall and the girls would like to live together in a family situation. Alice visited Lizbelle in January and after spending a day at Logos the family felt that it would be a place where she could be challenged and grow. Alice enjoys running, reading, and cooking, and is looking forward to the academic rigour, getting to know the Palouse, and spending time with her sister.
