LOGOS SCHOOL UPDATE – 2017 – #29

General

Fight’n Knight Day: This Wednesday students are allowed to wear their Fight’n Knight shirts and nice blue jeans to school to show their support for the high school lacrosse team. The team will play Moscow at 6:00 PM on the Joseph Street field (on the corner of Mountain View and Joseph). Come out and cheer them on!

Logos Summer Camps: Enrollment is open and the brochure can be found here.

Joseph Roberts: We are very pleased to announce that Joseph Roberts has been hired as a full time teacher for the 2017-18 school year. He will teach some of the upper elementary and junior high Latin classes as well as OT Survey and the keyboarding elective. Joseph has a BA in Liberal Arts and Culture (NSA), is completing his MA in Theology and Letters (NSA) this spring and has been substitute teaching at Logos this year. Please welcome Joseph to Logos School when you see him. We are excited to have him join our staff next year.

Grandparents’ Day Projects: Please keep these simple. We do not expect you to spend lots of time or money on this. If you run into trouble, please check with your classroom teacher for help.

Secondary Assembly: This Tuesday morning at 8:25 Doug Wilson will be speaking to our secondary students about Honoring Parents. All are welcome to attend.

Cheers,

Matt Whitling
